11bad Terms & Conditions – Please Read Before Playing

1. Definitions

In these Terms, unless the context requires otherwise: "Account" means a registered player account on the 11bad platform. "Balance" means the total of funds held in a player's 11bad account, including any applicable bonus funds. "Bonus Funds" means credits awarded by 11bad to a player's account pursuant to a promotional offer, which are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. "Game" means any casino game, slot game, live dealer game, crash game, or sports betting market made available through the 11bad platform. 3. Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 11bad account login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Any activity conducted using your account credentials is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised that activity. If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify 11bad support at [email protected] immediately.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

11bad accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳20. 11bad does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges for which 11bad bears no responsibility.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment account used to make the most recent deposit of equivalent or greater value. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect account holders from fraudulent withdrawal requests.
• 11bad aims to process withdrawal requests within 10 minutes of approval. Approval times may vary based on account verification status, active wagering requirements, or high-demand periods such as major BPL or IPL match days.

In the event of any inconsistency between these general Terms and the specific promotional terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.

Bonus funds are distinct from real-money funds. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn directly and must be converted to withdrawable cash by completing the stated wagering requirement. 11bad reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Where 11bad reasonably suspects that a player is abusing promotional offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, coordinating play with other users, or systematically exploiting low-risk wagering strategies — 11bad reserves the right to confiscate any bonus funds or winnings derived from abusive activity.

6. Fair Play, Prohibited Conduct, and Account Termination

All casino games available on 11bad use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and certified to ensure random and fair outcomes. Sports betting odds are set by 11bad's pricing algorithms and are subject to change at any time up to the commencement of the relevant event. 9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 11bad and its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the 11bad platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of access, whether or not 11bad has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11bad makes no warranty that the platform will be available at all times without interruption, that it will be free from errors, or that any defects will be corrected. 11bad will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, virus, or other technologically harmful material that infects your device due to your use of the platform.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

11bad collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating an 11bad account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains what data 11bad collects, how it is used, how it is stored, and your rights with respect to that data.

11bad uses SSL encryption to protect personal and financial data transmitted between your device and our servers. 11bad will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, fraud prevention services, and regulatory bodies where required by law or necessary to provide the 11bad service.

11. Amendments to These Terms

11bad reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
